Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the meeting this year will be held online using Zoom.  You may also choose to attend in person in Fellowship Hall where the Zoom meeting will be projected on the wall . You will still be able to actively participate in the meeting.  If you choose to attend in person please let us know so that we can plan accordingly.  Masks will be required and participants will be screened prior to entry.    You can call the office, send an email or just let Lynne or Pastor Dan know that you will be here in person.

If you will be attending virtually we are asking you to pre-register for the meeting.  Each eligible voter (confirmed member who has contributed and communed during the past 2 years) should register separately and attend the meeting on a separate device.  This will allow each person to vote individually.  Registration requires entering your name and email.  Click HERE to register.

Once you have registered you will be sent (via email) the actual link to the meeting.  You may register as late as the morning of the meeting, but pre-registering will allow us to know if we will have enough people for a quorum.  If you have problems registering please do not hesitate to contact the church office.
