These five questions, distributed during worship on Sept. 22, have been proven to assist communities of faith determine how to move forward after a pastoral change.
Please prayerfully complete the form, answering the questions honestly and to the best of your ability. All Reflection Questions should be returned to church by October 13 at the latest.
